Our services include errands, grocery Shopping, prescription and parcel pickup, appointment accompaniment, waiting services, administrative assistance and other lifestyle support. We are currently building a network of reliable and professional Concierge & Lifestyle Assistantsto support our growing client base in Calgary.

About the Role

As a Concierge & Lifestyle Assistant, you will complete a variety of tasks for our clients. No two days may be the same, so we are looking for someone who is dependable, organized, courteous, resourceful and comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities may include:

· Grocery shopping and delivery

· Picking up and delivering prescriptions and other permitted items

· Parcel and order pickup/drop-off

· Running personal errands

· Waiting for home deliveries, repair technicians or appointments

· Accompanying clients to appointments or activities

· Providing basic administrative assistance

· Helping clients with everyday lifestyle tasks

· Communicating professionally with clients and Helping Hands Management

· Providing updates when an assignment is completed





· Handling client information and belongings responsibly and confidentially

· Performing other reasonable concierge assignments based on client needs.

The ideal candidate is:

· Reliable and punctual

· Professional, friendly and respectful

· Comfortable interacting with seniors, people with disabilities, families and busy professionals

· Organized and able to manage multiple assignments

· Comfortable using a smartphone for communication, navigation and assignment updates

· Able to work independently with minimal supervision

· Detail-oriented and trustworthy

· Comfortable travelling throughout Calgary for client assignments

Requirements

· Must be 18 years or older

· Must be legally entitled to work in Canada

· Must provide a clean Police background check / vulnerable sector screening prior to onboarding

· Valid driver’s license and daily access to a reliable personal vehicle

· Appropriate automobile insurance must be maintained for business-related driving

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Two skilled or employment references

· Previous experience in customer service, administration, concierge services, personal assistance, caregiving/ support services or hospitality is an asset

This position is intended to be independent contractor opportunity. Assignments are offered based on client demand and your availability.

Contractors are responsible for maintaining their own applicable insurance, transportation, equipment and tax obligations.

Compensation & Structure

· Estimated Earnings: $20:00 - $28:00 per hour (Based on our shared revenue-ratioformula)

· Structure: Actual earnings are determined by a 60/40 revenue split (Contractors retain 60% of the client booking fee). Specific project payout is transparently discussed and agreed upon based on the type, duration and individual requirements of each assignment.
