We are seeking motivated people and organizations who already work with older adults — caregivers and former caregivers, care agencies, seniors' non-profits, community groups, and anyone whose day already involves families figuring out how to keep a parent at home. This is a way to generate income from work you are already close to, and to put something genuinely helpful in front of the people you serve.

You introduce LiLoHome™ to families and to the organizations that serve older adults. We handle everything after that. You are paid a commission on every home that gets activated from your introduction.

This is a contract role, commission only, open to individuals and to organizations. There is no base salary, no draw, no territory, no minimum, and no set hours. You decide how much you do and when you do it.

What you would be selling. LiLoHome™ is a wellness platform for older adults living at home. Sensors placed around the home read daily activity, sleep, movement, and routines, and the platform turns that into plain-language updates for the resident and their Care Team/family. No cameras, no microphones, no wearables. Nothing is worn, nothing is carried, and nothing needs to be operated.

Who it is for. Two kinds of buyer, and you can pursue either or both. Families, usually an adult child worried about a parent living alone. And operators — residences, care homes, retirement communities, home-care agencies, and developers who want it across their client base.

How you would be paid. A flat fee for every home activated from your introduction, plus a share of that home's monthly membership for up to twelve months. The same rates whether it is one home or a whole building, so a residence or development is worth considerably more than a single household. Paid monthly. We will walk you through the exact numbers before you commit to anything.

Who does well in this role.



People and organizations who already talk to older adults and their families — former care aides and retired nurses, home-care and companion-care agencies, seniors' non-profits and community organizations, move managers, downsizing and seniors-focused realtors, and outreach workers.

For a non-profit or community organization, this is unrestricted revenue that grows with the number of households you help, rather than a grant cycle.

Responsibilities

- Start conversations with families and older adults in your own community and network
- Open doors with residences, care homes, retirement communities, home-care agencies, and developers.
- Show people what LiLoHome™ does — in person, online, at events, or through your own channels.
- Explain it plainly and accurately, including what it does not do
- Share our published pricing exactly as written.
- Tell us in writing which operators or properties you plan to approach, so your introductions are credited to you.
- Hand interested people to us, and stay alongside them through to installation if you would like.

What you will not be doing. We confirm the final price and terms, prepare and sign every agreement, install the system through certified installers, and carry all service, support, and billing. You do not negotiate price, set contract lengths, draft paperwork, or take payment. When someone wants to talk terms, you hand them to us.

Qualifications

What you will need

- Real relationships with older adults, their families, or the organizations that serve them
- Comfort starting a conversation without a script




- The discipline to describe a wellness product accurately, and to resist overstating it
- Self-direction — there is no supervisor and no target
- Willingness to work as an independent contractor, responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and expenses. Organizations are welcome to apply and contract in their own name
- Eligibility to work in Canada, located anywhere in Canada other than Quebec

What would help

- A background in caregiving, home care, nursing, or allied health
- Experience in seniors' housing, assisted living, or retirement community operations
- Existing relationships with operators, care organizations, or residential developers
- Experience in senior move management, downsizing, or seniors-focused real estate
- Prior commission, partnership, fundraising, or business-development experience

Product training at no cost before you start, everything you need to explain it properly, our published pricing, and a named person here who picks up when you call.

Installation runs through certified partners who place every component, verify the system end to end, and hand over a working home.
