We are looking for a motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to lead our dining team and ensure smooth, productive food service operations. In this role, you'll oversee daily restaurant activities, supervise staff, and deliver excellent customer experiences. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, hospitality, and team leadership, ready to create a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike.

Responsibilities

- Supervise daily food service operations, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness.
- Manage and motivate team members, including interviewing, training, and scheduling staff to meet operational needs.
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain consistency and compliance with food safety regulations.
- Operate POS systems such as Micros or similar platforms for order processing and cash handling.
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices are followed at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and creating a friendly atmosphere.
- Assist with restaurant management tasks including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment.

Skills





- Proven supervising experience in a food service or restaurant environment.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards.
- Experience with POS systems like Micros or similar cash management tools.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and foster a positive work environment.
- Background in food handling, hospitality, or restaurant management is highly desirable.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Good communication skills for interviewing staff, training team members, and engaging with guests.
