Location
This is a hybrid contract role with in-office work required two days per week at one of our SafetyCo locations. The role also requires travel to other SafetyCo locations across Ontario approximately twice per month.
Project Overview
At SafetyCoLabs, we're building the future of workplace learning and rethinking how businesses discover, evaluate, and buy the solutions they need. Learn more about SafetyCoLabs https://safetycolabs.ca/
As a Growth Marketing Manager, you'll build the digital growth engine that helps SafetyCo generate demand, acquire customers, improve conversion, and scale. You'll own the systems, channels, technology, data, and experimentation that drive measurable marketing growth.
Marketing is changing. AI isn't replacing marketers. It's replacing repetitive work. The marketers who will thrive over the next decade won't be the ones creating the most campaigns. They'll be the ones building the smartest systems.
At SafetyCo, we believe marketing is becoming a blend of creativity, technology, data, automation and experimentation. We already have someone responsible for telling our story. Now we're looking for someone to build the engine that helps more people hear it. Someone who gets excited about data. Automation. AI. SEO. Paid advertising. Conversion optimization. Systems.
If you've ever found yourself saying "There has to be a better way to do this”, keep reading.
Why This Role Exists
This isn't a traditional marketing position. You're not inheriting a mature growth engine. You're helping build one. You'll work alongside our Brand Marketing Manager, who focuses on brand, creative, content and storytelling. You'll own everything related to measurable digital growth.
Your mission is simple: Build a predictable, scalable customer acquisition engine that leverages data, AI, automation and continuous experimentation to help SafetyCo grow.
You'll have significant influence over:
- How we generate leads
- How we convert website visitors
- How we measure marketing success
- How we leverage AI across the business
- How we automate repetitive work
- How we improve customer acquisition over time
If you enjoy solving difficult problems and building things from the ground up, you'll love this role.
What Success Looks Like
Success won't be measured by how many meetings you attend. It'll be measured by momentum.
Within your first three months, we'd love to see you:
- Learn our business, customers and services
- Understand our existing marketing systems
- Identify our biggest growth opportunities
- Launch your first optimization experiments
- Implement at least one meaningful AI workflow
- Improve visibility into marketing performance through dashboards and reporting
- Present a roadmap for where SafetyCo's growth engine should go next
