Quality Manager – Fabrication
We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead and maintain our ISO 9000 Quality Management System within a steel fabrication environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain ISO 9000 / ISO 9001 compliance
- Lead internal and external audits
- Manage corrective actions, non-conformances, and root cause analysis (5 Why, 8D, CAPA)
- Monitor quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Support production teams to ensure customer and regulatory requirements are met
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of quality management experience in fabrication or manufacturing
- Strong working knowledge of ISO 9000 standards
- Experience with audits, documentation control, and quality systems
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
