Delivering Exceptional Service and Experience in a Dynamic Simulation Golf Workplace

Position Overview

The Bigdog Golf Attendant is responsible for providing an outstanding guest experience in a state-of-the-art golf simulation environment. This role encompasses managing TrackMan golf simulators, serving beverages, and assisting with light food service to ensure guests enjoy their time, whether practicing their swing or socializing with friends. Bigdog is looking for an individual who has flexibility and can commit to a minimum 20 hour work week.

Key Responsibilities

· Greet guests and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance throughout their visit.

· Set up, calibrate, and monitor TrackMan golf simulators, ensuring all equipment is in excellent working order.

· Guide guests on simulator operation, explain TrackMan features, and offer basic troubleshooting if needed.

· Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to responsible service guidelines and facility policies.

· Prepare and serve small quantities of food, such as snacks or light fare, maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards.

· Maintain a tidy, welcoming atmosphere in all areas, including simulator bays, lounge seating, and bar or refreshment areas.

· Assist with opening and closing procedures, including restocking supplies and reporting any maintenance issues.

· Process payments and manage POS transactions accurately and efficiently.

· Respond promptly to guest requests, ensuring their satisfaction and comfort during their visit.





· Support the team during events, tournaments, or special functions hosted within the facility.

Qualifications & Skills

· Must be 18 years of age per,

· Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a recreational/sports facility is an asset.

· Familiarity with golf or willingness to learn about TrackMan technology and simulator operation.

· Pro Serve certification (or equivalent) for the responsible service of alcohol may be required.

· Basic food handling knowledge and commitment to hygiene standards.

· Strong interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional manner.

· Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

· Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift light items as required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.50 per hour
