Job responsibilities:

-Greeting customers when entering or leaving the restaurant;

-Providing excellent customer service to all customers;

-Familiarizing customers with the menu and make appropriate suggestions when requested;

-Taking customer orders and relaying them accurately to relevant team members;

-Serving food and beverages;

-Properly cleaning and setting tables between uses;

-Anticipating guests' needs in order to facilitate enjoyable dining experiences;

-Taking feedback from customers and escalating existing issues or potential complaints to the on-shift supervisor;

-Being professional and friendly towards coworkers and customers at all times

-Maintaining a clean and tidy work area;

-Completing other tasks assigned by the supervisor.





-Day shift starts at 10:00 am & Night shift ends at 2:00 am (early morning). Around 8 hours for each shift.
