We’re currently looking to fill both full-time and part-time positions in the Hot Tub Maintenance Technician role. At Aisling Baile, we are committed to providing the best guest experience possible to guests from North America and around the globe. As our Hot Tub Maintenance Tech, you will be crucial in ensuring we meet those standards with our guest’s relaxation in your capable hands.

In this position, your day will consist of visiting our properties where guests have recently checked out to inspect the hot tub, maintain the systems, ensure its cleanliness and address any issues you may find with the tub before the next guest check-in. To excel in this role, you must be detail-oriented, great at problem-solving and take pride in producing high-quality work.

Responsibilities:

● Regularly test and maintain optimal water chemistry, ensuring the hot tubs are safe, clean, and comfortable for guests.

● Inspect, clean, and repair hot tub components, such as pumps, filters, and heating systems, to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.

● Thoroughly clean hot tub surfaces, skimmers, and covers to remove dirt, debris, and biofilm buildup.

● Track chemicals, cleaning supplies, and replacement parts, ensuring adequate stock levels to meet the needs of the vacation rental properties.

● Skilled and friendly customer service when reporting maintenance calls during a guest's stay.

● Maintain accurate records of hot tub maintenance activities, including water chemistry tests, equipment repairs, and cleaning schedules.

Qualifications:

● A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required

● Certifications such as Certified Pool Operator (CPO), Certified Hot Tub Technician (CHTT), or the Association of Pool and Spa Professionals (APSP) are a plus, but we will provide full training.

● Must have a car and a smartphone

● Able to work collaboratively with other departments and the leadership team

● Great problem-solving skills

● Maintenance experience
