As a Rental and Guest Services Coordinator, you play a direct role in delivering an exceptional experience to our skiers and riders. Working at the heart of the action, you create a seamless, welcoming, and professional guest experience from the moment guests arrive at the mountain by ensuring the efficient coordination of Ski School and Rental Centre operations.
As the Rental and Guest Services Coordinator, you play a key role in the smooth execution of daily operations and in shaping the experience of guests, school groups, and front-line teams. Through your strong organizational skills, positive leadership, and service-oriented approach, you help create a welcoming, structured, and efficient environment where both guests and employees feel supported and well taken care of.
At the center of operations, you coordinate activities between the Guest Services Desk, Rental Centre, Ski School, and various stakeholders to ensure a consistent, professional, and memorable guest experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate the daily operations of the Ski School Guest Services Desk and Rental Centre;
- Supervise, coach, and support Guest Services and Rental Attendants in their daily responsibilities;
- Deliver a warm, efficient, and professional guest experience throughout every stage of the guest journey;
- Oversee reservations, registrations, equipment rentals, and administrative follow-ups;
- Participate in the coordination of school groups and support operations related to their arrival and activities;
- Ensure clear and effective communication between guests, instructors, technicians, and operational teams;
- Manage priorities, unexpected situations, and operational challenges efficiently and professionally;
- Work closely with the Team Leader to ensure smooth operations and continuity of activities;
- Ensure compliance with service standards, operational procedures, and safety regulations;
- Help maintain a positive, organized, and motivating work environment.
IDEAL PROFILE / REQUIRED SKILLS
- Positive leadership and the ability to support and motivate front-line teams;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer service mindset;
- Excellent organizational skills, priority management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly in a dynamic workplace;
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and effective problem-solving abilities;
- Strong interest in operations, guest service, and teamwork;
- Relevant experience in skiing, equipment rentals, or customer service;
- Good knowledge of technology tools and reservation/management software;
- Passion for skiing, snowboarding, and the mountain lifestyle;
- Knowledge of Ski School and Rental Centre operations is considered a strong asset;
- Functional proficiency in both French and English to effectively serve French-speaking and English-speaking guests.
