Protrans Personnel Services is currently seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representataive for a leading transportation company located in Dorval, Quebec. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused qualified with experience in the transportation and logistics industry.

Location: Dorval, QC (Near Montreal Airport)
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8am to 5pm
Pay Rate: $21.53/hour (Weekly pay deposited directly into your bank account)

Qualifications

- Minimum High School Diploma required
- Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written)
- Must have access to a reliable vehicle for commuting
- Previous experience in a transportation or logistics company is required
- Minimum 1 year of transportation industry experience
- Experience using AS400 software is required
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills




- Ability to work efficiently with both internal and external customers
- Knowledge of telephone systems
- Post-secondary education is considered an asset
- Call center experience in a fast-paced environment is considered an asset

Key Responsibilities
- Enter transportation loads accurately into the system
- Schedule and coordinate pickup and delivery appointments
- Communicate effectively with customers, drivers, and operations teams
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries in a timely manner
- Monitor shipment status and ensure timely updates to customers
- Maintain accurate records and documentation within the AS400 system
- Support daily transportation and logistics operations as required
