We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Adult College – Beauty and Aesthetician School to lead our educational programs dedicated to beauty, skincare, and aesthetic treatments. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of the college’s operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality training that prepares students for successful careers in the beauty industry. Your leadership will inspire faculty, motivate students, and uphold the institution’s standards of excellence. Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow and enhance the college’s programs, ensuring alignment with industry standards and student needs
- Manage budgeting processes to optimize resource allocation, control expenses, and support program growth
- Lead faculty recruitment, development, and performance evaluations to maintain a high standard of teaching excellence
- Oversee curriculum design and instructional quality to ensure comprehensive training in aesthetics, skincare, and related beauty disciplines
- Ensure compliance with accreditation standards, state regulations,



and safety protocols across all college operations
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student engagement, success, and professional growth
- Collaborate with industry partners to stay current on trends, certifications, and employment opportunities for graduates

Skills

- Must have license to teach in Quebe
- Must have experience as a school director
- Expertise in budgeting and financial management to support program sustainability and expansion
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with staff, students, industry partners, and regulatory bodies
- Deep understanding of curriculum development, instructional best practices, and industry certifications
- Ability to navigate regulatory compliance requirements with attention to detail and transparency

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
