We are looking for a Digital Solutions Manager to lead our clients digital and data initiatives across systems, integrations, automation, and AI. This role combines team leadership, solution design, and hands-on technical work to improve business operations and customer experience.

Location: Surrey, BC

Salary: $115,000–$125,000
Vacation: 4 weeks
Work Arrangement: Hybrid after probation

What You’ll Do

- Lead and mentor a high-performing Digital Solutions team
- Drive digital initiatives across ERP, CRM, eCommerce, WMS, and data platforms
- Lead the rollout and governance of AI solutions, including Microsoft Copilot and Claude
- Design and manage system integrations, APIs, automation, and data solutions
- Oversee data integrity, reporting, data lakes, and self-serve analytics
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues across cloud and on-prem environments
- Support security, governance, documentation,



and disaster recovery initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships and technical partnerships
- Partner with business leaders to align technology solutions with organizational goals

What You Bring

- 5+ years of experience in digital solutions, data, or enterprise applications
- 2+ years leading or mentoring technical teams
- Robust knowledge of SQL, APIs, data lakes, SaaS platforms, and enterprise systems
- Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI is strongly preferred
- Experience working in hybrid cloud and on-prem environments
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
