Bar Butcher is an upscale establishment dedicated to delivering an exceptional, elevated dining experience. We are seeking a polished, detail-driven Server's Assistant to help uphold the highest standards of service and hospitality.

What You'll Do

- Clear, clean, and reset tables with precision and discretion between courses
- Maintain formal table settings, fine linens, glassware, and silverware to exacting standards
- Assist servers with running courses, replenishing water and beverages, and pre-bussing with minimal disruption to guests
- Anticipate service needs and support the flow of multi-course meals seamlessly
- Keep the dining room, service stations, and back-of-house areas immaculate and fully stocked at all times
- Communicate discreetly and efficiently with servers, sommeliers, and kitchen staff during service
- Uphold all health, safety,



and sanitation standards without exception

What We're Looking For

- A refined, professional presence with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to move gracefully and quietly through a formal dining room, even during peak service
- Robust sense of timing, discretion, and anticipation of guest needs
- Excellent teamwork and clear communication under pressure
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to [25–30] lbs for extended periods
- Prior experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality strongly preferred
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Polished grooming and adherence to a formal dress/uniform standard

Pay: $17.60-$22.60 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
