Duties

- Provide expert hair styling services including cuts, color treatments, blowouts, and special occasion styles tailored to each client’s preferences.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by listening carefully to clients’ needs and offering qualified recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work area following all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Upsell retail products such as shampoos, conditioners, styling tools, and treatments to enhance client results and increase sales.
- Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, greeting clients warmly, and handling check-in/check-out procedures efficiently.
- Communicate clearly with clients about service options,



aftercare instructions, and product recommendations to foster trust and loyalty.
- Stay current with the latest hair trends, techniques, and industry best practices through ongoing education and training.

Skills

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and understand their individual needs.
- Expertise in hair styling techniques including cutting, coloring, highlighting, perming, and texturizing.
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures to uphold hygiene standards in all salon services.
- Proven ability to upsell retail products effectively while maintaining a genuine interest in client satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain services, recommend products, and build rapport with clients.
- Experience managing retail sales transactions accurately at the front desk.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.

Pay: $15.35-$16.00 per hour
