We’re hiring an experienced Finance Manager to lead Canadian financial reporting, business partnering, and strategic finance in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and close
- Deliver financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to leadership
- Lead P&L; management, forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning
- Build financial business cases and support growth initiatives
- Manage audits, compliance, and internal financial controls
- Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and key reporting requirements
- Partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, and other teams
- Support COGS analysis and ad-hoc financial requests
What You Bring
- 5+ years of progressive finance experience
- Robust financial analysis and business partnering skills
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with SAP and Power BI
- Solid background in financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and P&L; analysis
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- CPA or MBA preferred
