What kind of person are we looking for? We are looking for a reliable, self-motivated Red-Seal or equivalent Carpenter that wants to lead. The right person is both attentive to detail and able to see the big picture of a project, patient and understanding, self starting, and has a positive attitude in stressful situations. We are a team of healthy, active individuals who value punctuality and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications:

- Full knowledge of building industry; mastery of all hand and power tools is mandatory
- Ability to read plans for all trades (Architectural, structural, electrical, mechanical, sprinkler systems, and siding details) and translate theory to task at a high level




- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with apprentices, subtrades, and superiors
- Well-rounded in all aspects of current residential construction and renovations (foundation to finish)
- Thorough knowledge of building codes
- Forward thinking in site management and safety
- Valid driver's licence and own vehicle required
- Must be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Be able to work as part of a team or individually
- Assist in the development of the apprentices and their growth
- First Aid certificate would be an asset

Salary will be based on the value you provide to our team.
