Senior Product Manager – Digital Products / AI

Location: Toronto, ON – Onsite, 5 days/week

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead product planning, strategy and execution across the full product lifecycle. The successful candidate will work closely with customers, engineering teams, executives and external partners to define product vision, prioritize requirements, validate early-stage products and drive successful launches.

Responsibilities

- Own product vision, strategy, roadmap and lifecycle execution.
- Gather, analyze and prioritize customer, business and product requirements.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, prototypes, MRDs and PRDs.
- Identify product gaps, customer experience improvements and growth opportunities.
- Prioritize initiatives based on business value and customer impact.
- Work closely with engineering teams to support rapid and effective product delivery.
- Lead beta and pilot programs for early-stage products.
- Support product launches in collaboration with executives, communications/PR and product teams.
- Work with external partners on partnership, licensing and product opportunities.
- Develop product positioning and pricing strategies.
- Engage customers directly to gather feedback and validate product direction.
- Manage multiple priorities, deadlines, risks and stakeholder relationships.

Must-Have Skills

- Strong experience as a Senior Product Manager / Product Owner.




- Proven experience owning product strategy, vision, roadmap and lifecycle delivery.
- Experience gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements.
- Solid experience producing MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and business justification.
- Experience translating strategy into detailed product requirements and prototypes.
- Strong collaboration experience with engineering and technical delivery teams.
- Experience managing beta programs, pilots and early-stage product releases.
- Experience working with external partners, vendors or licensing arrangements.
- Strong customer, stakeholder and executive communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

Nice to Have

- Public-sector experience
- Experience delivering products or projects involving Artificial Intelligence / AI
- Experience with product pricing, positioning, market analysis and competitive assessment

A strong fit will be a commercially minded Senior Product Manager who can take a product from customer discovery and strategy through requirements, pilot/beta, launch and ongoing optimization, while working effectively with engineering teams, customers, executives and external partners.

Pay: $74,193.47-$150,193.02 per year
