We are looking for a candidate to play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by identifying potential leads, nurturing relationships, and scheduling appointments. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about real estate and enjoys engaging with clients over the phone.

Responsibilities

- Conducting outbound calls to our customers.
- Building rapport and maintaining relationships with clients.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Using our Contact Management Software (CRM) efficiently.
- Administrative tasks and real estate paperwork.

Requirements:





- Proven experience in customer service, problem solving and a people person.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong phone presence and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Basic knowledge of the real estate.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Follow Up Boss) is a plus.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Mostly days with some evening and some one day of the weekend shifts.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
