Responsibilities

- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, including Micros POS, to accurately process orders and payments
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist in upselling menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
- Support team members during busy periods by managing multiple tasks efficiently and demonstrating excellent time management skills
Requirements
- Previous food preparation or food service experience preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar cash register technology is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly and confidently
- Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation standards in a restaurant environment
