Company Overview & Position Summary

City Print Distribution Inc is seeking an independent subcontract driver to execute a dedicated, daily line-haul route transporting publication freight and associated products from Regina, SK to Saskatoon, SK and back.

This is a long-term, recurring contract starting October 1, 2026.

Route Details & Schedule

- Origin / Destination: Dedicated round-trip from Regina, SK to Saskatoon, SK (Approximately 550 km return trip).
- Schedule: 6 days per week (Monday through Saturday). No Sundays or statutory holidays required.
- Shift Window: 3:00 AM departure through route completion (Estimated 5.5 hours daily).

Compensation & Terms

- Payment Structure: Competitive, guaranteed flat rate per completed daily run (Invoiced [Bi-weekly / Monthly]).
- Fuel Support: Includes an active Fuel Subsidy Program to help offset fuel price fluctuations.
- Detailed rate sheet provided to qualified applicants during the screening process.

Key Responsibilities

- Transport newspaper bundles and associated media products safely and strictly on schedule.
- Perform daily loading in Regina and designated unloading/drop-off in Saskatoon.
- Maintain vehicle reliability to guarantee 100% route performance across all 6 operational days.

Contractor Requirements

- Vehicle: Reliable vehicle required to transport newspapers and associated products, in a timely manner.
- Licensing: Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver’s Licence with a clean Driver’s Abstract.
- Business Structure:



Active Sole Proprietorship or Incorporated Business with a GST number (or prepared to register).
- Physical Capability: Ability to routinely lift and move package bundles (up to 50 lbs / 23 kg).
