CertainTeed has an exciting career opportunity for a PIM/DAM Specialist (8 month Contract) based in Mississauga to join our team. This is a great chance to join a Top Employer and contribute to our growth and success.

This opportunity is ideal for an early-career marketing graduate looking to build hands-on experience in product information management, digital asset management, marketing operations, and cross-functional collaboration within a global organization.

As a PIM/DAM resource you will be responsible for updating product information and associated digital assets. The responsibilities will include data entry, data maintenance, verification with stakeholder(s) or against existing documents, and troubleshooting. You will work closely with Product Managers and our Marketing Operations team to enrich and enhance the product information required for our customers, including our retail segment. This is an 8 months contract.

This role will require good communication skills and a keen eye for details. The overall goal will be to ensure that all assets and product information are accurate and up to date.

- Upload documents to the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system and properly tag them to website pages.
- Conduct website audits to ensure product data is accurate and syndicated as expected.
- Work closely with product managers (Ceilings/Gypsum/Finishing/Insulation/Retail) to validate accuracy of data, gather and populate missing product data, and coordinate translations of documents, as needed.
- Report progress to internal stakeholders.

- Recent graduate or early-career professional with a degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Eager to develop expertise in digital marketing systems, product information management, and data governance.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and similar database software.




- Curiosity in learning about website back-end systems.
- Strong attention to detail is a must, as accuracy is required.
- Strong interpersonal skills, as we work in a team collaborative setting.
- Effective time management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or other technology (Salesforce).
- Bilingual in French is an asset.
