NOW HIRING – Full-Time Retail Associate

We are looking for a reliable, motivated, and customer-focused Retail Associate to join our team. As a Retail Associate, you support daily store operations, including customer service, sales, inventory, merchandising, order preparation, and maintaining a clean and organized workplace.

Qualifications / Physical Requirements

- Able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Able to lift, carry, and move merchandise and boxes
- Comfortable with bending, reaching, and repetitive movements
- Able to perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to safely use step stools or ladders when required

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to enhance their shopping experience
- Assist customers in selecting products by understanding their needs and offering tailored recommendations
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits of various items, especially technology-related products
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling, credit card processing, and receipts issuance
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and ensuring product availability
- Upsell complementary items and promotions to maximize sales opportunities while respecting customer preferences
- Handle customer inquiries over the phone with professionalism, providing information about products,



store policies, or services
- Support inventory management through basic math skills for stock counts and order replenishments
- Demonstrate excellent time management by efficiently balancing multiple tasks during busy periods
- Uphold store policies on cashiering procedures, phone etiquette, and organizational standards to ensure smooth operations

Experience

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Technical sales experience or familiarity with technology products is a plus, especially when conducting product demos
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Strong communication skills are essential for engaging with customers and team members alike
- Basic math skills are necessary for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Demonstrated organizational skills to manage merchandising displays and stock levels efficiently
- Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
