As we continue to grow, we are looking for a General Accountant to join our Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented accounting qualified who enjoys working in a dynamic manufacturing environment and contributing to business performance through accurate financial reporting and analysis.

Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will:

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate financial records, reconciliations, and general ledger accounts
- Prepare monthly financial statements, consolidations, and variance analyses
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Perform margin, cost, cash flow, and financial performance analysis
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and intercompany transactions
- Process payroll, commissions, bonuses, and royalty calculations
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and bank covenant reporting
- Support GST/HST, PST, QST, U.S. sales tax, and other regulatory filings
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax professionals, and regulatory agencies
- Provide financial support to bidding, contracts, insurance, and operational teams
- Assist with ERP system maintenance and finance process improvements

What You'll Bring

- Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Business
- Minimum 3 years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles




- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, lookups, and data analysis
- Experience with ERP systems (Epicor is an asset)
- Experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
