Entry Level Sales Representative – Paid Training

Crestivo Talent is currently recruiting on behalf of one of our client organizations that is expanding its team in Surrey, British Columbia.

We are hiring motivated individuals for a full-time, in-person Entry Level Sales Representative position.

No previous industry experience is required. This opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, customer engagement, communication, and leadership development.

Position Overview

This is a full-time, in-person role with a Monday-to-Friday schedule.

Representatives work directly with members of the public through face-to-face community outreach. You will introduce current client campaigns and initiatives, provide information, answer questions, and help build positive relationships with customers and community members.

The role combines office-based team meetings, structured training, professional development, and field-based outreach activities.

Successful candidates work directly with the hiring organization. Crestivo Talent supports the recruitment and interview process.

Responsibilities

- Represent client organizations through professional face-to-face community outreach
- Engage members of the public in friendly and professional conversations
- Introduce and explain current campaigns, programs, and initiatives
- Provide clear and accurate information to potential customers and supporters
- Build positive relationships with members of the community
- Support customer acquisition and engagement initiatives
- Develop strong communication,



presentation, and sales skills
- Participate in daily team meetings, training, and coaching
- Work collaboratively toward individual and team performance goals
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude while representing client organizations

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency or strong conversational ability in Hindi and/or Punjabi is considered an asset for the current Surrey client campaign, but is not a requirement.
- Positive and professional attitude
- Comfortable speaking with recent people face-to-face
- Reliable and punctual
- Motivated and goal-oriented
- Willing to learn and receive coaching
- Comfortable working in an active, customer-facing environment
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, or public-facing experience is an asset but not required
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- Must be 18 years of age or older

Compensation

$700–$1,000 per week

Compensation includes a fixed base component plus additional performance-based bonuses.

Actual weekly earnings may vary based on attendance, individual performance,



and the applicable client campaign structure.

Schedule

- Monday to Friday
- Full-time position
- In-person role based in Surrey, British Columbia
- Office-based meetings and training followed by field-based community outreach
