Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with a friendly demeanor
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Engage with guests to provide menu recommendations, upsell items, and enhance their dining experience
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, food handling stations, and service stations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally




- Follow all food safety protocols and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
- Assist in setting up dining areas before service and resetting tables after guests depart

Requirements

- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
- Need serving it right and food safe
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is highly desirable
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Ability to handle food safely, including proper food handling and sanitation practices
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and making change accurately
- Experience in food preparation or kitchen environments is advantageous but not required
- Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest satisfaction and sales performance
- Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays

Pay: From $18.25 per hour
