Responsibilities

- Design, develop, build and maintain tools and progressive dies used in manufacturing processes.
- Interpret technical drawings and schematics to produce accurate tooling.
- Operate CNC machines including CNC lathes and milling machines.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve tooling efficiency.
- Conduct inspections using calipers and other measuring tools.
- Troubleshoot tooling issues and implement solutions.
- Maintain safety standards and proper documentation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing team.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Tool and Die Maker




- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CNC programming, and CNC machinery.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to read schematics.
- Skilled in using hand tools, welding, and assembly techniques.
- Excellent math skills for exact measurements.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
