Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Repair Technician to join our technical operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, testing, configuring, and refurbishing electronic devices.

The Repair Technician will play a key role in ensuring that customer equipment is repaired, tested, and returned to service while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience repairing electronic equipment
- Reliability & Punctuality
- Basic understanding of electronic components and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience using diagnostic tools and hand tools.
- Ability to read technical documentation and follow repair procedures.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg).

Job Duties:

- Scan electronics devices.
- Diagnose and repair POS devices, payment terminals, pin pads,



receipt printers, scanners, tablets, and related peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and repair digital media displays, advertising screens, media players, and associated hardware.
- Test repaired equipment to ensure proper functionality and compliance with quality standards.
- Load, configure, and update software and firmware on devices.
- Replace defective components including cables, power supplies, screens, housings, and electronic modules.
- Document repair findings, parts used, and repair outcomes within company systems.
- Process incoming and outgoing equipment while maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Conduct quality inspections on refurbished devices prior to shipment.
- Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and safe manner.
- Other duties and projects may be assigned.
