We are currently hiring General Labour Associates for our client in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, a leading restoration company specializing in emergency restoration, reconstruction, and remodeling.

This is a hands-on position involving property restoration, demolition, cleaning, contents handling, and general labour duties. The successful candidate will respond to emergency situations involving property damage caused by fire, water, storms, and/or mold while ensuring safe and effective operations.

Job Responsibilities

You may be responsible for:

- Working safely in residential and commercial properties damaged by fire, water, storms, and/or mold.
- Performing cleaning processes for damaged contents and structures.
- Removing contents for cleaning, disposal, or destruction.
- Performing demolition of damaged structures using hand and power tools.
- Cleaning and maintaining assigned job sites after demolition work.
- Loading, unloading, and maintaining assigned vehicles and restoration equipment.
- Removing garbage and handling property contents.




- Maintaining clean, organized, and safe workplace areas.
- Unloading trash and waste in assigned disposal areas.
- Following safety procedures and working effectively in potentially hazardous environments.
- Performing other general labour and restoration duties as assigned.

Work Environment

- Work takes place primarily in residential and commercial properties affected by property damage.
- May involve working in environments affected by fire, water, storms, and/or mold.
- Quick-paced and physically demanding restoration environment.
- Work may involve hazardous conditions and requires strict attention to safety.
- Regular standing, walking, bending, lifting, and physical labour.
- Weekend work may be required depending on emergency restoration needs.
- Working at heights may be required.

Who We’re Looking For

- High School Diploma required.
- Valid driver's license.
- One or more years of experience within the restoration industry.
- Previous experience working at heights.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Comfortable working safely in hazardous environments.
- Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
- Reliable, hardworking, and safety focused.
- Strong ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently.

Physical Requirements





- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to frequently walk, bend, stoop, and perform physical labour.
- Ability to work at heights when required.
- Comfortable working in physically demanding restoration environments.

Pre-Employment Requirements

- High School Diploma required.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Previous restoration industry experience required.
- Ability to safely work at heights.
- Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
