Job Overview
We're looking for a hardworking and motivated Assistant Manager with great leadership skills and exceptional attention to detail to join our team! You will help with supervising staff, assisting the manager with daily tasks/responsibilities and ensuring a great customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Operations Include: Manage workflow and efficiency, assisting/serving customers, ensuring staff are following policies to company standards, report back to manager, assist in order making, manage inventory and maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Leadership: Assist in hiring and training, collaborate with Management on how to boost performance and morale, covering shifts if nobody else is available and stepping in when management is absent or has time off.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in a management or leadership roll (prefered not required)
- Customer service experience.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and problem solve.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend availability if required.
- Cash handling.
- High School (GED) or equivalent level of education.
- Self motivated desire to learn and grow.
