Become a Quick Lube Advisor at Georgian GM!

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers promptly and professionally. Provide a warm and welcoming environment for all customers visiting the quick lube service.
- Conduct a thorough vehicle inspection during routine oil changes and maintenance services, offering additional services or repairs as needed. Provide customers with clear explanations of recommended services.
- Schedule and manage appointments for quick lube services. Ensure that services are completed within the expected time frames.
- Create and manage service orders, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of services. Communicate any changes in services or timelines to customers.
- Ensure all required parts are available for quick lube services and assist with ordering parts if necessary.




- Strive to exceed customer expectations by providing outstanding service, maintaining a positive attitude, and addressing any customer concerns promptly.
- Work closely with the service team, technicians, and management to improve workflow and provide efficient, high-quality services.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

A suitable candidate will have:

- 1 Year of customer service experience.
- G Driver’s License is required.

This is a full time position.
