Duties

- Manage cash handling responsibilities, including cashiering and processing payments with precision.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times.
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Restock bar supplies, ingredients, and glassware promptly to keep the bar fully equipped during busy hours.
- Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service flow, support serving duties, and uphold high standards of hospitality.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with a strong background in bartending preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for order entry and transaction processing.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and calculating drink recipes accurately.
- Previous experience in serving or bartending roles within the food industry is highly desirable.
