Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring each drink meets quality standards.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service to enhance their overall experience.
- Manage cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies, adhering to food safety and sanitation protocols.
- Monitor guest consumption responsibly, identify signs of intoxication, and implement appropriate measures to ensure safety.
- Restock bar inventory as needed, tracking supplies with basic math skills to manage stock levels effectively.




- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours and assist in food service when required.

Skills

- Proven experience in food industry roles such as restaurant serving or bartending, demonstrating strong knowledge of beverage preparation.
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS for productive order processing and cashiering duties.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, proper food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices.
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling, bill splitting, and inventory management tasks.
- Experience in hospitality or food service environments that emphasize teamwork, communication, and adaptability.
