We are seeking a dedicated Lawn Care Specialist to join our team and help maintain beautiful, healthy landscapes for our clients. This role involves performing a variety of lawn and landscape maintenance tasks, utilizing both manual and mechanical tools. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gardening, horticulture, and landscape aesthetics, along with mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain equipment effectively. Responsibilities
- Mow, trim, and edge lawns to ensure a neat and manicured appearance
- Operate machinery stand on mowers, Aerators etc...
- Perform gardening tasks including planting, pruning, fertilizing, and weed control
- Maintain landscape features by performing routine maintenance and repairs
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for various landscaping tasks
- Conduct basic construction or renovation work related to landscape installation or improvements
- Perform regular equipment inspections and perform mechanical maintenance as needed
- Assist in landscape layouts and implementing client specifications
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during all operations to prevent accidents or injuries
- removal of dog waste (we do not mow around it!!!)
Qualifications
- Must know how to pull and back up a trailer.
- Prior experience in landscaping, horticulture, or related fields is preferred, training will be provided for specific equipment use
- Mechanical knowledge related to landscape machinery, hand tools, and power tools is advantageous
- Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license preferred for equipment operation or travel between job sites
