Responsibilities

- Manage reservations, walk-ins, and seating arrangements efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries, provide information about menu items or services, and address any concerns promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including reception and waiting areas
- Assist with opening and closing procedures to ensure the establishment is prepared for daily operations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and uphold company standards




- Process payments accurately and handle cash or card transactions securely
- Support event setup or special functions as needed

Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or related fields is preferred but not required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays if necessary
- Must be at least 18 years old or older
- Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems or willingness to learn new technology
