Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Companion/Caregivers to join our team. As a Companion, you will provide support to clients in a home care setting. Your role will involve assisting with daily activities, and ensuring the comfort and well-being of our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
- Maintain a clean and safe setting for patients
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care
Skills:
- Previous experience in senior care is preferred
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients other Comfort Keepers Staff
- Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team
- Excellent organizational skills to manage patient schedules and documentation
- Compassionate nature and empathy towards patients' needs
- Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism
