As an Automotive Parts Specialist, you will be instrumental in managing the procurement and sourcing of automotive parts. At Tabangi Auto Group, we have a wide array of suppliers in every field of automotive parts to ensure that we continually source the best product at the correct price. You will work closely with other team members to ensure the correct parts are here on time for internal and client-related work. Your core skills in purchasing and supply chain management will be essential in optimizing inventory levels and managing them month over month.

Responsibilities:

- Manage inventory levels month over month, and order parts as needed
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts
- Maintain accurate records of all parts transactions
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with parts inquiries and resolving any issues
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication

Qualifications:





- Previous experience in a parts department role preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of automotive or equipment parts is a plus
- Proficient in computer systems and software related to parts management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
