Schedule

- Monday to Friday: 11:45 AM – 6:45 PM
- Saturday: 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM

Fluency in English (oral, reading, and writing) is a must.
Commitment to a long-term role is essential.

About the Role
Are you energetic, passionate, and ready to make a meaningful impact? Our center is looking for a dedicated educator to join our team year-round. We run a busy academic after-school program during the school year and an engaging summer camp.

In this role, you’ll help students build essential math and literacy skills—and make learning fun. We’re seeking someone who brings enthusiasm, creativity, and a genuine desire to support student growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach JEI programs: English, Math, Reading & Writing, Problem Solving, Critical Thinking
- Plan and lead seasonal camp lessons and activities
- Mentor and support teaching staff; provide training and feedback
- Prepare student progress reports; adjust instruction based on student needs




- Manage daily class schedules and assign roles to staff
- Lead weekly team meetings; support center operations and admin tasks
- Collaborate with the Director of Operations to improve overall performance
- Have experiences with Canva and social media platforms

What We’re Looking For

- Robust subject knowledge, especially Math up to Grade 8
- Proven teaching/tutoring experience is required
- Experience in lesson planning and curriculum delivery
- Exposure to various learning styles; experience with special needs is a plus
- Confident, creative, and solution-oriented mindset
- Professional, dependable, and a team leader
- Clear criminal background check required
