Are you a physiotherapist who wants more than back-to-back appointments, paperwork and treating the same problems over and over again?

We’re looking for an experienced, empathetic physiotherapist to join our growing mobile physiotherapy service across North and West Vancouver.This is an opportunity to work differently. Instead of rushing patients through short appointments in a busy clinic, you’ll have the time to build genuine relationships with patients and their families, understand what matters to them and deliver a high level of personalised care.

Our patients are predominantly older adults who want to remain independent, mobile and involved in the things they love. You’ll work with people managing challenges such as Parkinson’s, post-stroke recovery, arthritis, balance and mobility issues, weakness and the natural effects of ageing.

This role is about much more than treating a condition. It’s about helping someone stay strong enough to get out of their car, get down into the garden and back up again, attend a family birthday, enjoy Christmas with their family or simply maintain their independence for as long as possible.

What we’re looking for:





We’re looking for someone with a few years of clinical experience who is confident working independently and genuinely enjoys working with older adults and more complex patients. You’ll need to be empathetic, patient and excellent at building rapport with both patients and their families. You’ll also need to be comfortable travelling between patients and managing your own schedule. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who cares about the quality of the relationship they build with their patients and wants to make a meaningful difference over the long term.

What you’ll get:

$120 per hour per appointment.
