Elite Image Design & Print is a locally owned design, print and signage company in Nanaimo. We are looking for a friendly, organized and dependable Receptionist to join our team.

This is an entry-level position with training provided and a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to build their experience in a professional office environment.

Responsibilities:

As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience and helping our busy front office run smoothly.

- Greeting customers and assisting at the front desk
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Responding to general email inquiries
- Taking customer information and directing requests to the appropriate team member
- Processing customer payments
- Contacting customers when orders are ready for pickup
- Keeping the front office and customer area organized
- Assisting with basic administrative tasks
- Supporting our sales and production team as needed

Skills & Experience:

- A explicit communicator in person, over the phone and by email
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment

Customer service, retail or office experience is an asset.

Position Details

Location: Nanaimo, BC
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Position: Full-Time
Pay: $18.25 –$21.00 per hour, depending on experience
