About the Opertunity:

We're looking for an Apprentice Electrician to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role with real variety — you won't be stuck doing the same task every day. You'll work alongside experienced electricians on residential projects, gain exposure to cutting-edge energy technology, and build skills that go well beyond the basics.This is a great opportunity for an apprentice who wants to grow in a forward-thinking company that works with some of the most exciting technology in the industry.

What you'll be doing:

- Assisting with residential electrical installations, upgrades, and service work
- Supporting installations of Tesla Powerwall 3 battery backup systems, Generac generators, and EV charging stations
- Running conduit, pulling wire, and completing panel work under the supervision of a journeyperson or master electrician
- Reading and interpreting electrical drawings and specifications
- Following BC Electrical Code and all applicable safety standards
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional job site at all times
- Communicating clearly with the team and clients on-site
- Participating in training and skill development as the role evolves

Required:

- Current enrollment in a BC electrical apprenticeship program (any year)
- Hands-on residential electrical experience (this is a firm requirement)
- Clean,



organized, and qualified in your work and appearance
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong communicator
- Valid BC driver's licence and reliable transportation
- In good standing — no outstanding issues with TSBC or your apprenticeship program

Preferred:

- Exposure to a range of electrical work (service upgrades, lighting, panel installs, rough-in, trim-out)
- Interest in or experience with energy technology (solar, battery backup, EV charging)
- Comfortable working in both residential and light commercial environments
- Good problem-solving instincts and attention to detail
