EuroLine Windows Inc., a private Canadian company, is an innovative designer and manufacturer of custom-made, high-end, high-performance windows and doors for private residences and commercial buildings.
Position Summary
EuroLine is looking to expand its shipping and receiving department and we are adding a new Shipping Coordinator to our team.
The position is Monday to Friday 6:30am to 3pm with additional work as required.
Responsibilities
- Owns steel toe safety shoes
- Organizing loads, in coordination with customers requirement and in house installation schedule.
- Maintaining accurate logs of daily shipments, inventory movement, and general truck maintenance.
- Work closely with accounting to ensure invoices are paid for each load.
- Work with warehouse workers to ensure goods are packed, labeled and stored properly
- Keep track of shipping supplies that are needed.
- Enter data onto computer system.
Experience
- Shipping and Receiving
- Able to organize and ship vast amounts of product quickly and safely
- Able to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced production environment
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving of glass and windows considered an asset
- Provides additional backup support for shipping and receiving departments.
- Knowledge of US customs documentation an asset.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
