Registered Massage Therapist

At Ludica Movement Therapy, we believe hands-on therapy and movement work together to help people feel stronger, more capable, and more confident in their bodies. We take an individualized, collaborative approach to care and work closely across disciplines to help clients stay active and manage the things that get in their way.

We’re looking for a Registered Massage Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary clinic. This is a great opportunity for an RMT who wants to build or grow a private practice within an established clinic, with the benefit of an existing client base, practitioner referrals, and a supportive team environment.

Who We're Looking For

- A Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC (CCHPBC)
- An RMT who takes an individualized, thoughtful approach to assessment and treatment
- Someone who is interested in working collaboratively with other practitioners and communicating across disciplines
- A practitioner who values movement and understands its role in supporting recovery, function, and long-term health
- A warm, professional communicator who enjoys building strong relationships with clients




- An interest in movement-based approaches such as Pilates is an asset, but not required
- Both experienced RMTs and newer graduates are welcome to apply

Responsibilities

- Assess clients and develop individualized treatment plans based on their goals, health history, presentation, and needs
- Provide high-quality massage therapy while adapting treatment to each client
- Maintain clear, consistent, and timely charting to support continuity of care and collaboration across disciplines
- Communicate effectively with clients and other practitioners when collaborative care is appropriate
- Build and maintain a strong, sustainable client practice
- Manage your own client billing and payments, including processing payments, issuing receipts, and completing direct insurance billing through JaneApp.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment space
- Stay current with professional education and continue developing clinical skills
