We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for sales and customer service, with the ability to connect with clients and understand their needs. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective communication and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

- Conduct consultations in-store and in clients’ homes to assess needs and preferences.
- Present window covering options and provide expert advice on design and functionality.
- Accurately measure windows and generate detailed quotes.
- Follow through from first contact to final installation, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Stay updated on product lines, trends, and promotions.
- Help maintain an organized and attractive showroom environment.





Skills

- 1–3 years of sales experience preferred (home improvement, windows, or interior design industries an asset).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with basic math skills for measurements and quotations.
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage a flexible schedule.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for in-home consultations).
- Computer proficiency.

Pay: $40,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
