We're Sandiparks Electrical. A growing electrical contractor in London, serving Southwestern Ontario. Residential, commercial, renos, rebuilds. Real, wide-ranging work that builds a real, well-rounded electrician. The Deal
- We sponsor your 309A apprenticeship and sign your hours — all 9,000 of them, tracked properly, no games
- You work beside licensed 309A electricians who teach on the tools, not from the truck
- Trade school terms? We plan around them. Your schooling is the point, not an inconvenience
- Clear raises as you climb — here's the actual ladder:
- 1st term $21-23/hr
- 2nd term $25-27/hr
- 3rd term $29-31/hr
- 4th-5th term $33-37/hr
...and when you get your ticket, a 309A rate of $40+ waiting on the other side. We'd rather promote the apprentice we trained than hire a stranger.
Who You Are
- Registered (or ready to register)
as a 309A apprentice in Ontario. Any term, we'll meet you where you are
- Pre-apprentices with some electrical or construction experience: apply anyway, we've started people from zero
- Show up on time, every time. This is 80% of the job at your stage and we're not kidding
- Valid G or G2 licence and a way to get to the job/shop
- Someone who asks questions, owns mistakes, and gives a damn about doing it right
