HIRING IMMEDIATELY – EXPERIENCED FLATBED DRIVERS

Please apply ONLY if you meet all of the following requirements:

✅ Minimum 2 years of verifiable AZ driving experience
✅ Previous flatbed experience is REQUIRED
✅ Must be legally eligible to cross the U.S. border
✅ Must be comfortable with tarping, strapping, chains and load securement
✅manual transmission is plus point
✅ Must have a valid Ontario AZ licence
✅ Must provide a recent Driver's Abstract and CVOR
✅ Must be available for Canada/U.S. long-haul runs

This position is NOT suitable for current AZ drivers or drivers with only local experience.

PAY

- Loaded miles: $0.70/mile
- Empty miles: $0.60/mile
- Consistent Canada/U.S. work
- Steady year-round freight
- Well-maintained equipment
- Direct deposit / regular payroll
- Established dispatch and safety team

ABOUT THE WORK

Xtreme Freight System Inc. is an established cross-border carrier specializing in flatbed freight between Canada and the United States.

Our fleet operates primarily on Canada/U.S. lanes,



and we are currently looking for experienced drivers who understand flatbed work and load securement.

Drivers must be comfortable with:

- Flatbed and step-deck freight
- Tarping loads when required
- Straps, chains and binders
- Proper load securement
- U.S. border crossings
- ELD/logbook compliance
- Pre-trip and post-trip inspections
