Cargoflex Logistics Inc. is an Alberta-based logistics company providing versatile freight and delivery solutions for businesses. We are looking for a motivated B2B Sales & Lead Generation Representative to help us grow our customer base.
Location: Remote – Calgary, Alberta
Hours: Approximately 10 hours per week
Pay: $17.15/hour + performance-based commission
Contract: Initial 1-month contract with opportunity to continue based on performance
Responsibilities
- Identify businesses that regularly require freight, pallet and commercial delivery services.
- Generate new B2B leads throughout Calgary and Alberta.
- Cold-call and email prospective customers.
- Reach decision-makers responsible for shipping, logistics, purchasing or operations.
- Introduce Cargoflex Logistics services to potential customers.
- Identify customers' current shipping needs and challenges.
- Generate qualified quote opportunities.
- Follow up with interested prospects.
- Book meetings or calls with potential customers.
- Maintain an organized record of leads and follow-ups.
- Help develop recurring commercial accounts for Cargoflex.
Who We're Looking For
- Experience in B2B sales, cold calling, lead generation or business development.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and managers.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Results-oriented and persistent with follow-ups.
- Experience in logistics, transportation, freight or supply chain sales is an asset.
Compensation
$16.15 per hour plus performance-based commission for successful business generated.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building business relationships and wants the opportunity to earn additional compensation based on results.
