- Experience with 8080 Signature Engraver an asset
- Maintaining and cleaning engraving machine
- training other staff members on proper use of machine
- Communicating with customers to understand their engraving requests
- Basic understanding of sales principals and customer service operations.
- Customer service focused
- Ability to create and merchandise displays is an asset

- Burlington, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
