Mac-Weld Machining Ltd. is seeking a Packer in the Shipping Department.

Skills & Responsibilities

- Mark and label containers, container tags, or products, using marking tools
- Measure, weigh, and count products and materials accurately
- Examine and inspect containers, materials, and products in order to ensure that packing specifications are met
- Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records
- Seal containers or materials
- Load materials and products into staging area
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

- OSSD or equivalent
- Attention to detail
- Basic power tool experience
- Strong communication skills and desire to work with other team members




- Able to lift up to 40lbs
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Experience in manufacturing or related field is preferred

This is a full-time position based at our Sarnia facility, filling a current vacancy. The role involves rotating day and evening shifts, with occasional requirements for weekend work and overtime.

Remuneration: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour (based on experience, etc.)
