Playground Attendant / Team Lead — Part-Time or Full-Time

Are you friendly, energetic, and great with kids and families? Do you enjoy taking initiative, keeping things organized, and helping a team run smoothly?

Play Toon Indoor Playground is looking for a dependable and enthusiastic Playground Attendant / Team Lead to join our team!

This is a hands-on, customer-facing position where you'll help create a fun, secure, and welcoming environment for our guests. We're looking for someone who can take on the responsibilities of a general team member while also being willing to step up, help direct staff, and take ownership of additional tasks when needed.

What You'll Do

- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly attitude
- Provide excellent customer service to children and families
- Monitor the playground and help ensure a safe, positive environment
- Process admissions, payments, and other transactions accurately
- Keep the playground, common areas, and workspaces clean and inviting
- Prepare and serve snacks and treats
- Help with birthday parties, special events, and children's activities
- Help train, support, and direct other staff during busy shifts
- Take initiative to keep the team organized and operations running smoothly
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Help with occasional marketing, promotions, social media, and event planning
- Take on additional responsibilities and projects as needed

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is reliable, friendly, responsible, and comfortable taking initiative.

You don't necessarily need previous playground experience. However, supervisory, leadership, customer service, childcare, hospitality, or team-management experience is a strong asset.

We're especially interested in someone who:

- Has a positive attitude and enjoys working with children and families




- Is confident communicating with both customers and coworkers
- Can stay calm, organized, and productive during busy periods
- Is comfortable taking initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do
- Is willing to help lead and support other staff
- Is dependable and takes responsibility seriously
- Is interested in learning and taking on additional responsibilities
- Has an interest in marketing, social media, event planning, or community activities

Weekend availability is REQUIRED.

Bonus Points!

- Previous supervisory or team-lead experience
- Food Safety Certification
- First Aid/CPR Training
- Experience working with children
- Experience planning or hosting children's events or birthday parties
- Experience with social media or marketing
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, or recreation

Position Details

- Position: Part-Time or Full-Time Playground Attendant / Team Lead
- Hours: Daytime, evening, and weekend shifts available
- Weekend availability: Required
- Start Date: Immediately
