Job Description
We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Full time Helper to join our team. We specialize in exterior work, including siding, soffit, fascia, and eavestroughs across Winnipeg and surrounding areas. Whether you are looking to start a career in exterior construction or bring your existing trade skills to a great team, we offer competitive pay ranging from $17.00 to $27.00/hr, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the installation of siding, soffit, fascia, and eavestroughs.
Set up, move, and secure ladders.
Measure, cut, and handle construction materials using hand and power tools.
Perform general job site setup, material staging, and clean-up.
Work efficiently outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Qualifications & Requirements
Driver’s License: Valid driver's license is required.
Safety Gear: Must have your own steel-toe safety boots.
Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work comfortably on ladders/at heights.
Tool Skills: Ability to accurately read a tape measure and operate basic power tools.
Work Ethic: Strong attendance, positive attitude, and willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
